This is the beginning. A personal site, a blank page, and the decision to start writing.
Why a personal website?
I've been a product manager for years now, spending most of my time thinking about other people's products. Workflows, systems, user experiences, always building for someone else. This site is different. It's for me.
A few reasons I finally built it:
- Thinking in public. Writing forces clarity. The best way to understand something is to explain it.
- Owning my presence. LinkedIn and Twitter are rented platforms. This domain is mine.
- Showing my work. Not just what I shipped, but how I think about shipping.
What you'll find here
I plan to write about product management, technology, and the craft of building things. Not generic advice, specific observations from the work itself.
Expect posts about:
- How I think about trade-offs and prioritization
- Product teardowns of things I admire (or don't)
- Lessons from building operational tools
- The intersection of design and systems thinking
More to come.
